Customer Success Business Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of our products and services.
- Maximise customer value by providing timely support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on product features and best practices.
- Track customer engagement and satisfaction metrics, using data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and ensure successful contract renewals.
