Job Opportunity: Construction Project Leader Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Leader to manage medium-to-large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, programs, and timelines.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, direct employees, and resources on site.
  • Consult and liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and senior management regarding project programs and works.
  • Maintain high levels of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards on site.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Third-Level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong prior experience in Site Management or Supervisory role with a building contractor or residential developer.
  • Possess strong planning, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
 Benefits:You will work for a reputable main contractor with a pipeline of work, including current projects. You will have the option of either an hourly rate or salary, which can be up to €40 per hour depending on experience levels.
