Honeycomb is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Legal Secretary. This is a permanent, full-time position offering excellent variety and the chance to be an integral part of a close-knit practice.
The Role:- Dictaphone typing experience is essential for this role.
- Reception duties include welcoming clients and managing calls.
- Scheduling appointments and diary management are crucial aspects of this position.
- Drafting and typing legal documents and correspondence are key responsibilities.
- Handling incoming/outgoing post and DX (morning and evening) requires attention to detail.
- Scanning, filing, and maintaining client records are essential tasks.
- General administrative support to the Solicitor is provided by the successful candidate.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a legal secretary role with dictaphone typing essential.
- Strong typing, organizational, and communication skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy practice is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal processes are advantageous.
- Early Friday finish provides a healthy work-life balance.
- Salary depends on experience.
