Job Title: Chef Manager

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced chef to join our team as a Chef Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and overseeing the management of kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and cook food to the highest standard, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • To supervise and direct kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operational processes.
  • To maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock effectively.
  • To operate health and safety procedures in line with legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Garda Vetting is required for employment.
  • Must have own transport.
