Job Title: Children's Ambulance Driver

Job Description

BUMBLEance, a vital service for Ireland's youngest patients, seeks a dedicated individual to join our team. As a Children’s Ambulance Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of children during non-emergency transfers between their homes and medical facilities nationwide.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • C1 Driving Licence: Hold a clean C1 driving licence with an excellent driving record.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare industry and/or patient transport is advantageous but not essential.
  • Effective Communication: Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative.
  • High-Pressure Situations: Can remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Dependability: Dependable with high personal integrity.
  • General Technology Skills: Have good general technology skills.
  • Attentive Listening: Possess attentive listening skills, genuine, non-judgemental, and respectful qualities with the ability to demonstrate warmth and empathy towards patients and their families.
  • Flexibility: Flexible approach to work and working hours.
  • Physical Well-being: Maintain reasonable physical well-being.
