Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources professional to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and ensuring a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to connect with employees at all levels, and a proven track record in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Design and implement employee development programs that foster growth and career progression.
  • Manage performance management processes and provide coaching support to managers.
  • Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Evaluate and ensure HR policies comply with employment legislation and best practice.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD qualification a plus).
  • 5+ years' HR management experience (ideally in events, hospitality, or a creative industry).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
  • Proven track record in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
