We are currently seeking a professional to fill the role of Service Advisor at our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

Job Description
  • Manage the front service counter, greet customers, and provide them with information regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
  • Offer excellent customer service from checking in to returning their vehicles, ensuring that every interaction is positive and hassle-free.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers booking vehicles for service work, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Generate documentation relating to customer bookings, including estimates and work orders.
  • Agree on cost and timelines with the customer, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process.
  • Hand over the vehicle to the customer, explaining any issues or future work required, and provide guidance on how to maintain their vehicle.
  • Invoice and collect payment from customers for services completed, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to structure workload efficiently, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
  • A full and clean driving licence is required for this position.
