Forecourt Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our forecourt services facility.
About the Position- Oversee site operations, including staff management and customer service standards.
- Minimum five years senior management experience in retail and food environments.
- Excellent people management and communications skills, with the ability to deliver on performance metrics while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of 45 staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site presentation and operation, ensuring high standards are met in all aspects.
- Foster strong relationships with site staff, suppliers, and customers, creating a positive and respectful work environment.
- Awareness of relevant Health & Safety and HACCP regulations, ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a structured and goal-oriented approach.
- Business acumen, with the ability to manage resources effectively.
- Innovative and forward-looking, with a focus on site development and improvement.
This is a full-time, permanent site-based position with flexible working hours. Salary negotiable.
