Job Title

A highly skilled Solutions Architect is needed to help customers gain maximum value from their analytics deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to various stakeholders. They should be comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and have a desire to be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and proactively monitor account health, product adoption, and utilization to identify opportunities for expansion or churn risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within customer accounts, understanding their analytics needs and use cases to determine where our platform can help them achieve their goals.
  • Educate customers on new products and features, as well as existing ones they may not be using, to increase the value they obtain from our platform.
">Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a post-sales role, such as a technical account manager or CSE, or as a data practitioner.
  • A solid technical background, with a firm understanding of modern data warehousing architectures, the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency.
  • High degree of comfort presenting to various stakeholders or audience, ideally with experience in an externally facing role.
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and think on your feet when engaged in customer conversations.
