Business Development Representative

We are currently seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our expanding team in Limerick. As a key player in driving business growth, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing strong customer relationships and contributing to the ongoing expansion of our dealership.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to further develop their career in a fast-growing industry sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Job:

As part of the sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, prospecting for new leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing product demonstrations.

Your Skills/Experience that we need

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant sales or business development role with a preference for motor/auto trade or field sales experience.
  • A proven ability to work on your own initiative and deliver projects.
  • Excellent communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A full and ideally clean Irish driving license.

Benefits:

Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience but expected to be a base salary of approx. €30-40k with OTE of €60-70k+ and excellent benefits including company vehicle, pension contribution, generous expenses, and allowances.

This role will be fully site-based.
