Property Negotiation Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Negotiator. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of properties, leveraging strong communication skills to achieve successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

While prior experience in property negotiation is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure the candidate's success. The successful candidate will have access to a solid pipeline of letting properties, allowing them to start earning commission from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate lettings agreements for a variety of properties
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, working a standard 37-hour week. Flexible working arrangements may be considered depending on the needs of the business and the requirements of the role.
