About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned executive to oversee client relationships and drive business growth in our Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Director on boards of client companies, ensuring optimal governance and compliance.
  • Possess expertise in legal and corporate matters, providing sound advice to clients and internal teams.
  • Foster strong connections with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues, driving collaboration and results.
  • Manage complex transactions, including capital changes, dividends, and loans, ensuring seamless execution.
Coaching & Leadership:
  • Support and mentor junior relationship managers, promoting their professional development.
  • Set high standards for service and professionalism, leading by example and empowering others to follow.
Compliance & Administration:
  • Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of KYC and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate time entry and billing submission, maintaining financial integrity.
Business Development:
  • Contribute to commercial strategy and participate in meetings with prospects, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, developing innovative solutions to expand our client base.
