We are seeking a talented PASTRY CHEF to join our team at Dax Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Assisting the head chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the highest quality standards in their section.
- Cooking with the best Irish ingredients.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- HACCP training.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
- A passion for creating great food.
- Meticulous attention to detail in relation to food service.
- High motivation and flexibility.
- Proactivity in important areas such as health and safety and food hygiene.
