Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Support Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing assistance to the shop team and management, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to customers.
  • Assisting the shop manager and team with day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the store.
  • Managing cash handling procedures and ensuring accurate processing of customer bets.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and services.
  • Working under pressure and remaining calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintaining high standards of shop presentation and ensuring all procedures are followed.
