Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Supervisor to lead our Desktop Support team. As a key member of the IT team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by providing top-notch support to manufacturing operations, configuration, and deployment of computers and peripherals, as well as incident escalations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading a Desktop Support or similar IT function, with expertise in ServiceNow or similar platforms. They will also possess strong people leadership skills, effective communication, and project management abilities.

As an IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team that provides support to various areas of the business, including manufacturing operations, computer and peripheral configuration, and incident escalation. You will also be expected to coordinate with IT teams and external colleagues to provide seamless support, measure and communicate team performance, adhere to SLA levels, and drive improvements in documentation and Knowledge Base.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will oversee IT inventory, device, and equipment maintenance, ensure functional audit readiness for ISO 27001 and Information Security Management Systems, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a Desktop Support or similar IT function.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Strong people leadership skills, effective communication, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
  • Aptitude for initiative, follow-through, and strong project management skills.
  • Adherence to Change Control Processes and Procedures.
