We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as a Person-Centred Care Professional. This role involves providing high-quality care services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain injury.
- Hold a qualification in health or social care, such as a third-level degree in psychology, social care or social work.
- Have experience working in a care environment.
- Have good knowledge of cognitive rehabilitation principles and techniques.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering person-centred care and have the skills and qualifications required for this role.
