Job Title

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers.

The successful candidates will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role.

Our team provides care to people who require our support, helping them reach their full potential and live a meaningful life.

  • Supporting clients with their daily plans and needs.
  • Providing assistance with education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes.

Shift work is required, covering 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The role involves assisting with daily tasks, ensuring clients' safety and well-being, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Ensuring clients' safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Supporting clients with their education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes.
Skills Requirement:
  • Assistant Support Worker: No formal qualification required, but all necessary training will be provided.
  • Social Care Workers: A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or Healthcare is required, with registration with CORU also mandatory.
