About the Job:
The Maintenance Manager will lead and direct a skilled maintenance team, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading the maintenance team to deliver high performance and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
- Managing repairs and upgrades to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
- Collaborating closely with production and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role, ideally within food manufacturing or a similar high-volume production environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of processing equipment, machinery, and utilities.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
