This role will provide key support to the Managing Pharmacist in a busy and challenging retail pharmacy environment. Working to agreed operational procedures within the pharmacy to maintain the highest ethical standards and deliver exceptional customer care.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with OTC products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Pharmacist to ensure seamless dispensary operations and adherence to pharmacy policies.
- Maintain accurate records and effectively manage inventory levels.
- Assist with cash handling and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Exercise discretion when addressing information with strict confidentiality.
- Minimum of one year of experience in OTC Pharmacy sales.
- Highly focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail is necessary.
- Good product knowledge is required.
- Excellent organizational skills within a fast-paced environment are advantageous.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial.
