Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results. Your role will involve managing sales operations, coaching the team, and developing effective sales strategies that align with company goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams. They will possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales metrics and translate them into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee pipeline generation, track key sales metrics, and ensure consistent forecasting and reporting.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the entire sales funnel.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales management experience in B2B or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
