Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about logistics and management.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for warehouse-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, supervisory roles, or relevant positions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.
