Supply Chain Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, materials, and products from one place to another. Your primary goal is to ensure that all inventory movements are accurate, efficient, and meet our customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a material handling role, with a strong understanding of ERP and WMS systems. You should also be familiar with operating electric-powered material handling equipment and have basic computer data entry skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control activities.
  • Perform tasks of a Material Handler 3 and take on additional responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Operate various types of material handling equipment, including pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues using ERP/WMS systems.
  • Provide hands-on training to new and temporary employees.
  • Help lead daily team meetings to review performance and workload.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a material handling role.
  • Experience using an ERP or WMS system.
  • Experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.
  • Basic computer data entry skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a forklift certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • APICS or other relevant certifications.
