Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled ICT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and implementing the eMarketplace project within time and budget.

  • Deliver and implement the eMarketplace project within specified timelines and budget;">
  • Work with stakeholders at a senior level to understand their business objectives and define services that meet their needs;">
  • Manage third-party partner and supplier contracts for the delivery of products, projects, and services, ensuring compliance and value for money;">
  • Lead and manage a team of assigned project staff members, including managers responsible for individual service delivery and technical/customer service staff;">
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with defined project and service management processes (e.g. PRINCE2 and ITIL);">
  • Ensure services and projects align with standards in terms of architecture and security;">
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for each stage of the project;">
  • Manage user training as required;">
  • Prepare budgetary proposals and manage procurement;">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Five years' experience working at an Intermediate level in the area of IT or a related field;">
  • Five years' experience of providing leadership in large organisations with diverse stakeholders;">
  • Experience of successfully implementing two IT projects in large and complex organisations within budget and defined timelines;">
  • Experience of leading collaboration across organisational boundaries with diverse groups of internal partners to deliver IT change;">
  • Experience of working with formal methodologies (PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent);">
  • Working knowledge of IT Architecture for finance enterprise systems (e.g. Agresso Milestone 7 (Update 6) or equivalent);">
  • Qualifications: Level 9 qualification in IT/Management or equivalent;">
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing IT/Finance-related projects in large and complex organisations, similar scale and nature, within budget and defined timelines;">
  • Significant experience of working with formal methodologies (PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent);">
  • Understanding of national procurement processes;">
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Higher Education and Public sectors;">
