**Job Summary**

The role of Store Manager at this fast-paced drive-thru location involves providing leadership and supervision to the entire staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a high-volume restaurant environment and be able to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the team to achieve sales targets and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Managing labour costs, inventory levels, and controlling expenses while meeting company performance metrics.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with customers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring their expectations are met.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Strong leadership and management skills with previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
