Job Role

This organisation plays a key role in shaping the future of energy and infrastructure in Ireland.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all administrative and transactional aspects of the tendering process. This includes managing key milestones, preparing documentation, and issuing correspondence at both pre- and post-tender stages.

You'll support the clarification process, assist in opening and archiving submissions, and ensure all documentation is stored in line with internal procedures.

The role also involves liaising with business functions, identifying potential risks, and contributing to the continuous improvement of tender administration processes.

Requirements

Familiarity with eSourcing platforms and public procurement portals is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a proactive approach to identifying risks and improving processes, will be key to success in this role.
