We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to lead our fast-moving supply chain operation.

About the Role:
  • Oversee and manage nationwide delivery operations for both forward and reverse logistics.
  • React quickly to resolve delivery challenges and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and weekly operations for the logistics team.
  • Monitor and improve the flow of goods to ensure consistent, seamless service.
  • Liaise with warehouse, transport, customer service, and accounts teams to optimise delivery schedules.
  • Use ERP and route-planning software to track, monitor, and report on logistics performance.
  • Ensure all dispatch documents and daily run sheets are prepared accurately for the warehouse team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in delivery scheduling, route optimisation, or operations management.
  • Strong IT skills, with ERP experience being a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well across multiple departments.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and deadline-driven.
  • Third-level qualification in business, logistics, or supply chain preferred (but not essential).
