Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Professional to join our team in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our internal control framework and drive SOX compliance across our global business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Lead risk assessments and SOX scoping exercises, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Work closely with business process owners to identify, document, and test key controls, fostering a culture of compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and training to teams across the organization, promoting a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Support quarterly and annual SOX certification and reporting, ensuring seamless communication with senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a Big 4 firm or international business.
  • Familiarity with internal controls (SOX) and transformation projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • A solutions-focused mindset, with a strong commitment to driving compliance efficiently.
  • Strong proficiency in English language is essential.
