Early Years Educator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated educator to join our team as an Early Years Educator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and personalized lessons to young children with visual impairments, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement tailored education plans (IEPs) to ensure optimal child development and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with parents/guardians, other educators, and professionals to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring a comprehensive approach to education.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on student progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest early childhood education techniques, technologies, and research findings to enhance teaching methods and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualification: Montessori or QQI Level 5 in Childcare, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with children with visual impairments and/or special needs is highly valued.
