Guest Experiences Professional

Award-winning luxury and exceptional service are at the forefront of this exciting opportunity. As a Guest Experiences Executive, you will be an integral part of the Front of House Team, providing unforgettable moments for our esteemed guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely availability of agreed-upon services and products for guests.
  • Communicate special service requests for VIP guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Enhance the experience for junior guests and introduce a 'WOW' factor through proactive care.
  • Collaborate with management to design a personalized plan that reflects our standards.
  • Continuously identify improvements to service standards with Senior Management approval.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Self-motivated and driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English speaker who maintains high personal standards and adapts well to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively.
