Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at a luxury resort in Ireland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational running of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest service delivery and managing a team of professionals.

The successful candidate will support the Director of Spa and Wellness in achieving the highest levels of personal care and attention in accordance with 5-star expectations and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, including staff management and performance.
  • Ensure efficient communications and effective sales, marketing, and budget strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings and appraisals with team members to promote team development and training.
  • Interview and hire employees with the appropriate skills to meet business needs.

  • Managing budgets, sales, and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Leading a team of professionals to achieve 5-star standards.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience in spa operations management or equivalent leadership role in a luxury service environment.
  • Strong leadership, team development, and training skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, sales, and marketing strategies; strong communication skills.
  • Interviewing and hiring experience for roles in a hospitality operation.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Ireland.
