Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work is carried out safely, on time, and to the highest quality standard.
  • Maintaining high standards in health and safety, quality, and project delivery is crucial to this role.
  • The Construction Site Manager will report progress to senior management and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • This role involves managing and coordinating subcontractors, as well as planning and delivering projects as per contract.

About You:

  • You will have an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential for developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering projects on time are key requirements for this role.
  • You must be a self-starter with good judgment when working under pressure and have excellent management skills to motivate and drive the workforce.
  • A commercially conscious individual who demonstrates market and competitor awareness is also required.
