Job Title: Site Administrator Part-time

Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless onboarding of new employees and vendors, manage timekeeping records, and maintain accurate records. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and visitors.
  2. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and vendors.
  3. Manage timekeeping records and reconcile them against client-managed reports.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Perform general administration duties including basic accounting tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer operating systems and applications.
  • Basic accounts or finance knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
Education / Licenses / Certifications

Prior experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable. You may also be required to provide proof of education, licenses, and certifications where applicable.
