Parts Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to fill the role of Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven, passionate, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers requiring parts for their vehicles.
  • Manage information flow between the workshop, dealership, and customers, ensuring seamless communication at all times.
  • Handle all parts telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
  • Qualify customer needs and requests, establishing clear understanding and agreement regarding required parts.
  • Coordinate with department manager in case of customer dissatisfaction.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Understand and adhere to manufacturer brand service requirements.
  • Maintain safe working practices and comply with dealership standards.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge across the full range of Kia products.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in relevant systems.
Training and Development:

This is a trainee role that offers a comprehensive training program tailored to individual needs. The program typically lasts six months and covers various aspects, including the Joe Duffy Group process, database management, marketing, customer service, and aftersales career development.

  • Comprehensive training will be provided in the Joe Duffy Group process, database management, marketing, customer service, and other essential skills.
  • The emphasis is on learning, developing skills, and being mentored, while observing experienced service advisors, participating in classroom and brand training.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, telesales, retail sales, or customer contact experience. Motor experience is not necessary, but a willingness to work in the motor trade is preferred.
