Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of commercial and contractual requirements through the lifecycle of a project.
- Assist with tendering/estimating.
- Project Procurement including Sub-contractors.
- Conduct cost and risk analysis.
- Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors.
- Assist with project costing, margin & cashflow reports.
- Assist with project change order procedures and agree costs with clients.
- Provide monthly valuations and certs.
- Assist in agreeing final accounts.
Reporting to Senior QS + Commercial Director. Market led salary/package on offer.
