Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Cost Manager to oversee the financial aspects of a large commercial project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately managing and controlling costs throughout the construction process.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with at least 3 years' post-graduate experience in a cost management role. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and implementing effective cost control strategies
  • Managing budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborating with the project team to identify and mitigate potential cost risks
