This position is responsible for preparing and presenting forecasts and targets, as well as agreeing valuations and generating certificates and invoices. Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking, estimating and producing cost estimates and cost plans.

The requirements for this role include:

  • A 3rd level qualification in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
