Office Interior Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Pricing Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for taking off quantities from drawings and preparing project costs for various elements such as flooring, decoration, partitions, lighting, and furniture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To take off quantities from drawings with precision and accuracy.
  • To prepare project costs that meet client expectations and ensure they are within budget.
  • To purchase order requisitions and procure necessary materials.
  • To prepare technical information and health & safety documentation.
  • To program schedule projects and manage time effectively.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in estimating, pricing, or procurement roles, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Experience in multiple disciplines is advantageous.
