Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our corporate team in a specialist role.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar position, with intermediate to advanced user-level computer skills in Microsoft Office and proficiency with other specific software applications as required.

This is a highly visible role within the organization, requiring effective and ongoing interactions with team members at all levels throughout the company.

Occasional to frequent interactions with leadership and other representatives of customers, suppliers, and partner organizations may be expected in the course of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex contracts/agreements.
  • Advise management on compliance matters.
  • Organize and archive documents using software tools and technology.
  • Conduct fact-finding, data collection, and analysis for business purposes.
  • Assist with litigation response and corporate governance.
  • Compile and analyze data required for merger and acquisition projects.
  • Handle real estate related issues, including mortgage concerns, leases, occupancy, environmental concerns, permits, and zoning.

The work environment is based in a corporate setting, but may require travel to various off-site locations, primarily by air. Periods of travel may include overnight stays.
