
Senior Support Professional

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and meticulous support professional to provide vital administrative and operational assistance. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the team.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the team in welcoming guests and/or high profile clients to our global HQ.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation as required.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times.
- Support in the organisation of events and ad-hoc projects as they may arise (deep partnership with Internal Communications and Facilities Management where required).
- Monitor and manage team inboxes or shared platforms, ensuring timely responses and task follow-up where required.
- Liaise with other administrative staff and departments to support cross-functional coordination internally within ESW, or across the parent company entities.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in functional multi customer administration roles ideally 2+ years in a similar position.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Zoom).
- Ability to work independently, lead multiple tasks and deadlines, and prioritise optimally.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and a solution orientated approach to problem-solving.
