Executive Culinary Director Opportunity

Our esteemed establishment is seeking a visionary Executive Culinary Director to spearhead our culinary team in Dublin.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients, while maintaining exceptional food quality standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure optimal efficiency, cost control, and menu profitability.
  • Lead the culinary team to achieve revenue goals, maintain hotel quality standards, and ensure successful project completion.
  • Communicate departmental objectives to the team, create action plans to support achievement, and monitor performance against established metrics.
  • Maintain accurate inventory procedures, determine minimum and maximum stocks for all food, material, and equipment, and design operational projects within set parameters.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and storerooms, ensuring they are in proper operational condition and cleaned regularly.

Requirements:
  • Proven culinary leadership experience, with a strong track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing culinary team.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficient in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
