Key role for a Centre Manager seeking experienced and dynamic professionals responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of creche centres, leading staff teams with best practice standards.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be accountable for managing centre operations, ensuring a safe and developmentally appropriate environment for children. A strong passion for child development and needs is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of age and stage-appropriate holistic needs and development.
  • Raise standards in early learning and care, modelling best practices.
  • Implement child protection policies and enforce all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum FETAC / QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent.
  • At least five years in the childcare sector, with a minimum of two years in a management role.
  • Full clean EU driver's license and access to a vehicle.
