Senior Deployment Specialist

This position plays a crucial part in the successful deployment of changes and enhancements to our cloud-based commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the entire release management lifecycle for deployments, from initial planning to post-deployment support.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive release plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and business stakeholders to ensure all changes are thoroughly tested and meet requirements.
- Manage the process, ensuring all changes are properly documented, tracked, and deployed to the appropriate environments.
- Oversee the go-live process, including system cutover, user communication, and rollback procedures.
- Monitor system performance and identify any post-deployment issues, working with development teams to resolve them promptly.
- Proven experience as a Release Manager or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture and functionality.
- Strong understanding of release management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field.
- Travel typically less than 10%.
