
Position: Customer Service Ambassador

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience at Workhuman. With fluency in both French and English, you will be the voice of our organization, providing exceptional support to customers via phone or email.
The primary objective is to deliver a positive and memorable experience, focusing on resolving issues rather than simply closing cases. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancements in how we interact with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch support to customers through day-to-day issues and complex problems.
- Document and resolve issues, ensuring every interaction reflects the Workhuman experience.
- Build respectful relationships with colleagues and customers across geographies and cultures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancements in our customer service approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ambitious, hard-working, positive, and career-focused attitude.
- Excellent customer relationship-building skills.
- Ability to use technology systems accurately to update customer records and comply with automated workflows.
