At EY, we're always looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Training and Change Managers.

As a key member of our People Consulting team, you'll work closely with clients to help them build sustainable change and enhance their people capabilities. You'll design and deliver strategic training and change management plans aligned with client goals, leading the full project lifecycle from concept to implementation.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape impactful learning strategies and lead change initiatives that make a real difference. You'll create tailored training programmes, manage project governance, and evaluate impact. You'll also build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to business development.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be experienced in using training and change management tools and methodologies. You'll bring credibility, resilience, and the ability to influence stakeholders. You'll be pragmatic, analytical, and focused on delivering sustainable solutions.

Ideally, you'll have consulting experience in client-facing roles on large transformation programmes and a strong understanding of learning and development best practices.
