The role requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external visitors.
  • Operate the switchboard, answering all incoming calls in a friendly, timely, and polite manner.
  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and professional environment.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, using Microsoft Office and other office software.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior experience in a reception or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
