We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and pain points, identifying key stakeholders, and conducting stakeholder analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Analyze client business requirements and provide guidance on business process improvements.">
  • Document business requirements and process flows using various tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Lucid Chart.">
  • Develop high-quality engagements with business users to understand their needs and expectations.">
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business process changes.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A strong background in business analysis with extensive experience in commercial projects.">
  • Experience in financial crime (KYC/AML) and commercial credit is an advantage.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.">

Benefits

This is a contract position for a minimum of 6 months. You will have the opportunity to work on-site in Dublin (limited) and will receive a day rate of up to €450 DOE.
