Pensions Law Specialist

As a Pensions Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to large corporates on pensions, benefits, and legislative changes.
- Advising clients on pension schemes, queries, complaints, restructuring, re-organisations, and mergers.
- Managing associated documentation.
- Handling both contentious and non-contentious work.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
- Advising on employee incentive plans.
- Advising clients on pension scheme management, including queries, complaints, and restructuring.
- Providing guidance on pension scheme regulations and compliance.
- Overseeing the preparation and review of legal documents related to pension schemes.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation.
- Representing clients in contentious matters related to pension schemes.
- Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes.
- Ensuring that pension schemes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Advising clients on the design and implementation of employee incentive plans.
- Providing guidance on tax implications and compliance.
- Minimum 2 years PQE in a relevant discipline with exposure to pensions work.
- Demonstrated expertise in pensions law and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple client relationships and priorities.
- Capacity to work cross-functionally with other departments.
