Commercial Product Leader

Manage and grow Messaging & Verification services, driving revenue growth and market share across A2P SMS, RCS, Premium Rate SMS, Virtual Mobile Numbers, and Mobile Verification.

Main Responsibilities:
  • P&L Ownership: Manage performance to deliver sustained commercial success.
  • Partnership Development: Build strategic relationships with operators, aggregators, and enterprise partners to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Own the lifecycle of messaging and verification services, ensuring each service is competitively positioned and operationally optimized.
  • Market Intelligence: Leverage competitor analysis, customer insights, and industry trends to shape product enhancements and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver best-in-class operational service for portfolio channel partners.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations (GDPR, ComReg).
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in commercial product management, partner management ideally in telecoms.
  • Strong track record in revenue growth, margin optimization, and market expansion.
  • Proven expertise in strategic account management.
  • Solid understanding of messaging protocols, telecom infrastructure, and mobile verification technologies.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
