Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in helping restaurants thrive by leveraging best-in-class front-of-house management and online reservation technology.

The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record in telesales or call-center sales, with a proven ability to exceed objectives and foster trust and confidence with customers. They will also be customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Generate sales leads and support sales prospecting efforts on the phone to schedule appointments for account executives in their region.
  • Implement lead generation programs developed by the restaurant marketing team.
  • Craft and distribute sales messages to restaurant prospects using targeted email marketing and traditional mailings.
  • Provide general sales support to sales teams and ensure successful hand-offs of leads to account executives that exceed customer expectations.
