Project Lead: Electrical Power Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of a large-scale data centre construction project in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of electrical power systems, including switchgear and substations, and have a proven track record of leading high-profile projects to successful completion.

  • Oversee the delivery of the data centre construction project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the design, installation, and testing of electrical power systems.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with electrical power systems.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in leading electrical power system projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in switchgear, substations, and HV/LV systems, as well as transformer design and commissioning.
  • Hold a recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
